Pemi Paull Pemi Paull is a Canadian viola soloist and chamber musician who performs both new and early music. ==Career== Paull began as a violinist. In high school, he played violin in the Ottawa Youth Orchestra and played amplified violin in a jazz-rock band called the Spines with drummer Nick Fraser. He studied at McGill University. Paull is a "member of Ensemble Caprice, with whom he has recorded six discs for Analekta, winning a Juno in the process, as well as Daniel Taylor's Theatre of Early Music.
